NEW HIRE ENROLLMENT
Here in the New Hire Enrollment portal, you can make your enrollment selections. You must complete your benefit election within 30 days of your employment start date, so we encourage you to review all available information carefully before making your choices.
Once you log in and submit your elections, your selections will be saved and displayed for future reference. Please note that changes cannot be made after submission. If you have not yet registered, you can create an account from the login screen to get started.

New Hire Enrollment Information
You must complete your benefit election through the new hire enrollment portal within 30 days of your employment start date. Please refer to your UFCW Local 663 Collective Bargaining Agreement or the Contribution Rate Summary for applicable employee cost share information. If you have any questions about eligibility, new hire enrollment, or for information on the benefits provided by the Fund, please call the Fund Office.
